When a Modern Industrial loft, such as this one, comes across my laptop screen, I stop, stare and then well, drool! This loft is complete with soaring ceilings, tons of natural light, mixed metals, and strategically placed focal points creating a warm and inviting home that I would love to move into. Be sure to notice the built-in bookcases that take up what would have been unused space within the walls, freeing up precious square footage! While the home’s overall appearance is clean and Modern, exposed pipes and a dining table with casters pull in the industrial feel one would expect from a loft. The one feature that catches my eye that I’m considering for my own home is the surround of the fireplace – I’m pretty sure you will agree that this is a stunning look.
