If you have been following along on Instagram {@JuliaGoodiwnDesign}, then you know I just came back from Hawaii and this time, I was with my entire side of the family {the Mr. and I were here last September as a mini-moon right after our wedding – see here}. I’ve been so fortunate that over the years, I’ve been able to come to the islands again and again, so often that I’ve now lost count. Every time I’m back in Hawaii I dream of living here or at least owning a vacation home on one of the magical islands. Sine that dream might be far off from becoming a reality any time soon, I will make do with admiring this beautiful plantation home situated in the surf town of Paia on the island of Maui – I might actually have to go and try to seek this one out in person next time. Knock, knock, hello….I’m moving in.
This plantation home was recently renovated and brought back to its original Hawaiian roots. High ceilings with exposed beams, an indoor/outdoor approach to living, texture throughout, vintage style fixtures, steel factory windows, and whitewashed walls make this an enviable home.
Luckily for you, this place is available to rent – see here.
Anyone else ready to move to Hawaii? I know I am!
I hope you enjoyed this manicured home tour.
