There are those moments in life, where something catches your eye, but you walk away and then you can’t seem to stop thinking about it. You dream about it, you go over each detail of it while out on your morning run, again while in traffic and through the entire day until you are laying awake at night simply…obsessing! I’m currently obsessing over the scallop motif! I’ve seen them again and again, and it didn’t really grab me until this week. It can be used as the smallest design detail or to make a bold statement; the scallop motif is more versatile than one might think.

So, I was scrolling through Anthropologie as one does maybe one to two times a day (naturally), and this gorgeous bedding caught my eye right away. With spring cleaning underway, it’s easy to toss out the old and tired; with that in mind pick up some gorgeous new bedding such as these. What’s not to love?

Can’t commit to the scallop motif? Try using paint to bring this trend into your home. No huge commitment required, but I think you will let it stay longer than you think!
