To say that I’m busy with work is a massive understatement, but I thrive on being busy and I wouldn’t have it any other way. With an interior design business in full swing and running a blog, I can typically be found working through evenings and weekends; so, when last weekend we had some downtime, we grabbed it and headed north to Marin Country to hike some quiet trails and explore the sleepy town of Point Reyes. Point Reyes is small, but it was fun to wander through the stores and pick up a casual lunch at Cowgirl Creamery – a stop not to miss if you are a cheese lover. As much as we love living in San Francisco, the ease of being in a completely different environment is a welcome opportunity from time to time. See here for another day trip that we may just have to take again soon – it’s a favorite.
