San Francisco real estate is like no other, with disclosure packets that reach into the double digits with ease and houses that get snapped up way above asking price for even the most questionable homes. While my fiancé and I recently purchased our first home together just a block or so from Dolores Park, our realtor went ahead and shared this one with us as she knew it would peak our interest given the history of the property.
The Light House
Here is a sneak peek into four luxury townhomes in the heart of Dolores Heights. Located in a former church, each townhome consists of 5,000 sq. ft. with cathedral ceilings that soar to 30′ — these are what SF dreams are made of. The Light House is a magnificent extension of the vision of architect William H. Crim, who created this neoclassical style building with its elegant arched entry porticos and Tuscan columns.
This is not a sponsored post, I just simply love well done renovated homes here in San Francisco.
Do you love this well-manicured home as much as I do?
