Thyme and Berry Bubbles

April 22, 2017

Collecting glassware can be a little problematic as it can start to take over your valuable cupboard space but making a fun and easy cocktail is a great excuse to pull them out. This thyme and berry bubbles cocktail recipe includes a simple syrup that is exactly that, simple to make but it’s incredibly flavorful and lasts for up to a week so you can make it ahead of time if needed. Β This is a great cocktail to make in lieu of a mimosa for a shower or simply a fun gathering of friends. Though, if you are like me and enjoy bubbles but know you don’t need a full bottle I recommend one of theseΒ champagne stoppers that work greatΒ and allow you to open one without letting excess go to waste.
